​​​​Annual  and allocation fee for public industrial lands​

In addition to the Annual fee for industrial lands, MODON collects an allocation fee on a monthly or one-time basis, in order to motivate the investor to reach commercial production faster. The duration of the allocation monthly fees is twenty-four months, and it stops when production begins.​

​Annual fee for supporting industrial lands​

  • The incentive fee is applied if the industrial facility complies with environmental and safety requirements for a full year, with the possibility of reinstating the fee as it was before the amendment in the event of any violations.​
  • The table below represents all the financial data for supporting industrial lands, and the categories are divided according to area into segments as shown in the following table:
