Contract Request Product Shareek

It is a service that allows applicants to establish an industrial project or industrial services within the industrial cities managed by MODON. Industrial products include industrial lands with developed infrastructure and services, as well as ready-built units comprising fully constructed factories with integrated services, available in various sizes to meet all needs.

Service Level Agreement

Log in to the MODON Portal using your user account.
Go to the “MODON Services” section and select the “Request a Product” service.
Specify the type of product required and choose “Industrial”.
Click the "Start Service" button to begin the application.
Fill in the required information according to the request specifications, then click “Next” or “Save as Draft” if needed.
Complete entering the data and submit the request.

Upon approval of the application, the allocation fee must be paid within 20 days from the invoice issuance date.
The application must be submitted by the project owner or someone directly related to the project.
The site must be inspected before making full payment of the fee, noting that payment constitutes full acceptance of the site.
All applications are subject to MODON’s policies and requirements regarding the type of activity and the industries available in each industrial city.
A person knowledgeable in technical and financial matters must attend the personal interview, with familiarity in the market, technical, and financial aspects of the project.
The lease contract begins from the date of payment of the allocation fee.
