Annual rental rates and industrial land allocation fees (not supported)

  • Support factories are factories that produce non-value-added products or products that are not for export or harmful to the environment and infrastructure of industrial cities such as (Ready-mixed concrete, blocks, tiles, attachment and marble, interlocks and crystals, dust-producing industries, oils and derivatives, Chemicals, pesticides and the like, and recycling plastics and iron).
  • The general rental price for industrial facilities is applied which is committed with the environmental and safety requirements set by the Authority.
  • The incentive lease rate shall be applied if the industrial facilities complies with the environmental and safety requirements for one year. It is also permissible to return the price as it was before the amendment in case of committing any violations by the industrial facilities.
  • The leasing price of industrial facilities that engage in activities harmful to the environment shall be applied in case the industrial facilities violates the environmental and safety regulations for a period of not less than six months with the facilities’ obligation to deal with the environmental violations, and in the case of non-treatment within one year from the date of committing the violation. Procedures for the withdrawal of industrial land shall be taken.
