It is a service that allows applicants to lease land for logistical purposes within the industrial cities managed by MODON, which include warehouses, truck yards, container yards, cold storage facilities, fuel stations, and other logistics services

Service Level Agreement

Log in to the MODON Portal using the user account.
Go to the "MODON Services" section and select the "Product Request" service.
Choose the required product type and select "Logistics."
Click the "Start Service" button to begin the application.
Fill in the required information according to the application criteria, then click "Next" or "Save as Draft" if needed.
Complete the data entry and submit the application.

The type of activity stated in the commercial registration must be specified as “Logistics Services.”
All investment applications are subject to MODON’s policies and requirements regarding the requested activity type and the availability of the service in the industrial city.
The activity applied for must align with the targeted activities of each industrial city.
All logistics applications must be approved in the allocation record before issuing the financial claim.
Upon approval of the application, the rent due for the first year must be paid within 20 days from the invoice issuance date.
