Consulting Office Services Service Shareek

An e-service through which engineering offices can apply to be included in the list of qualified engineering offices authorized to provide engineering services for MODON partners’ projects within the industrial cities.

Service Level Agreement

Log in to the MODON portal using the user account.
Go to the "MODON Services" section and select the "Consulting Office Services" option.
Specify the required service and choose "Request for Qualification of a New Consulting Office."
Click the "Start Service" button to begin the request.
Fill in the required information according to the request specifications, then click "Next" or "Save as Draft" if needed.
Attach the required documents from the Documents section.
Submit the request.

It is required that the user has a registered account on the MODON portal

General information about the office (owner, managers, contact information, and the portofolio).
Projects completed in the past three years, including contact numbers for those entities.
Professional practice license.
Commercial registration.
Zakat and Income certificate.
Social Insurance certificate.
Saudization certificate.
Chamber of Commerce membership.
Investment license if the applicant is licensed under the Foreign Investment Law.
Activity practice license from the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Activity practice license from the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection, if the consulting office specializes in environmental studies.
