It is a service that allows applicants to lease land for service purposes within the industrial cities managed by MODON, which include: commercial complexes, banks (branches, ATMs, remittance centers), restaurants of various categories, entertainment projects, other commercial projects as needed by each industrial city, and facilities for hazardous or medical waste treatment.

Service Level Agreement

Log in to the MODON Portal using your user account.
Go to the “MODON Services” section and select the “Request a Product” service.
Specify the type of product required and choose “Service”.
Click the "Start Service" button to begin the application.
Fill in the required information according to the request specifications, then click “Next” or “Save as Draft” if needed.
Complete entering the data and submit the request.

The application must be submitted by the project owner or someone related to the project.
All service applications are subject to MODON’s policies and requirements regarding the type of activity requested and those available in each industrial city.
Compliance with the General Environmental Law, its executive regulations, and safety systems is mandatory.
A person with full knowledge of technical and financial matters must attend the personal interview.
The site must be inspected before paying the fee, noting that payment constitutes full acceptance of the site.
Upon approval of the application, the rent due for the first year must be paid within 20 days of the invoice issuance.
A minimum of 3 years of prior experience, with at least two projects in the same field, is required.
