Al Hoshan is currently the Undersecretary of the
Ministry of Communications and Information Technology for Technology, where he
has extensive experience extending to 20 years in the field of strategic
planning and project management gained through his work in the
telecommunications, information technology and military industries.
Before he was as the Undersecretary of the
Ministry for Technology, Engineer Al Hoshan was a senior advisor to His
Excellency the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, as he
supervised during that period the files assigned to His Excellency the Minister
within the Ministry, in addition to the minister's membership in many
committees and boards of directors Al Hoshan began his career as a software
engineer, after which he moved to several positions, including project manager,
business development manager, then director of systems and solutions at
Advanced Electronics and Saudi Telecom Company.
Engineer Al-Hoshan also held the position of CEO
of Raz Holding Group operating in the venture capital field, working closely
with many business leaders in some fields such as information technology, food,
marketing and event management in addition to the areas of health and advisory
Hoshan also participated in the founding team of
the General Authority for Military Industries, where he contributed to
developing a strategy for military industries, setting a policy for local
content in the field of military industries, in addition to setting an
industrial partnership policy with local and international companies.
Engineer Al Hoshan holds an MBA for Executive Managers from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Saud University.
